“I want to thank you for making amazing spices, especially the spice for msakhan — it is amazing. All the spices that I got, the flavors are amazing, it's like you never had it before. I want to also thank you for treating your customers with respect.”

“I have cooked with both the Sicilian Spice blend and the Golden Leaf blend. The Sicilian blend was wonderful in soups and pasta sauce as well as rubbed onto chicken as a dry rub. The spices were very fresh and flavorful. I used the Golden Leaf blend to rub on chicken, fish and beef. Wonderful flavors! Thanks for bringing these awesome blends into my cooking world.”

“Very nice flavor, texture, and scent. I used it for chicken, poultry, and vegetables — the taste is exactly what I was looking for. Tasty and fresh, excellent blend of spices. The package it comes in can be easily resealed. This is by far becoming one of my favorite spice blends. Will definitely order again in the future.”

“I mixed them with olive oil and rubbed them on chicken thighs. The aroma while I was cooking the chicken filled the house with a warm, delicious smell, and the taste of the chicken was even better than the smell of the spices while it was cooking! This is a blend that has some familiar flavors in it, but it's different from any other spice blend that I have. The flavor was warm and complex, but all the spices worked well together. I'm looking forward to trying this on other meats, and especially on grilled meats.”
